Andrew leads education and advocacy campaigns for public and private sector clients, leveraging the power of coalitions and grassroots organizations to drive objectives. His experience includes US state, federal and international policy initiatives and electoral campaigns. He led over twenty successful coordinated ballot initiatives that were central to voter mobilization in Wisconsin. Andrew specializes in forming diverse coalitions around shared interests, creating a successful early literacy partnership between the independently-elected Kansas State Board of Education and Republican Governor Sam Brownback. His work with organizations including Save the Children, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and the Reading Roadmap has led to the passage of the United State's first smoke-free laws and soda taxes, as well as raising $80M USD for early literacy programs.
Job works in energy, sustainability, and finance, where he advises clients on project finance, investment entry, risk mitigation, channel partnerships, and strategic planning. He also separately provides legal counsel to clients. He was co-founder and general counsel of several early stage technology companies, as well as an executive at a Fortune 500 company, and board member for several companies and organizations. From public offerings to project finance and early stage capital formation, Job has extensive experience in structuring and executing strategic financial transactions. In public policy, Job has served on the US congressional commission, the Project on National Security Reform, and he was a member of the Pete Peterson Foundation project "Securing America's Future." He served as an advisor on several presidential campaigns on environmental security, national defense, and Russia and Eurasia. Earlier in his career he worked in management consulting in strategic futures and political risk around energy, environmental security, demography, and low intensity conflict for the Pentagon, US military services, NIC, NATO, allied governments, and leading corporations in oil & gas, mining, C4ISR, and telecommunications. He has been a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a member of the Nuclear Energy and National Security Coalition, Virginia Bar, Foreign Policy for America, and the Truman National Security Project.
Kyra advises Auxano Strategies on projects involving sustainability, carbon capture, emission reduction, and climate change mitigation. Ms. Cheremeteff has worked in corporate governance, serving as a Board Trustee and Advisory Board Member for private and non-profit organizations. Previously she was Senior Vice President and Deputy Director for Burson-Marsteller's Emerging Markets Practice, overseeing a $50 million global practice, specializing in communications programs for trade, investment, economic reform and public health issues.
